| My only issue with this stay was that the third floor rooms and up have key access through the elevator during evening hours, increasing security. The second floor rooms do not have this increased security. Also, some second floor rooms are adjacent to a roof that is adjacent to a parking garage which made me question the security and strength of the windows - request 3rd floor or above. But I have no other complaints. A comfortable place - definitely not luxurious but clean and decent for what I needed.

| We traveled to Omaha on business and while the city of Omaha surprised us, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall atmosphere at the hotel. This hotel meets or exceeds the Hilton Garden Inn's I have stayed at on the East Coast. Definately would utilize again if I return to Omaha.

| Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to my use of Expedia to book and pay ahead. Altho the hotel has a large sign it is up on the roof & I drove past it twice trying to locate it even with excellent driving instructions. It is a three-block walk to the Old Market district, crossing a water feature park. The park looks nice but is a magnet for young people at night-- there is a LARGE police presence in the area which can be intimidating. Hotel breakfast was +$9.00, way too much for Omaha & with the Market just a couple of blocks away we opted for open air coffee and sweet rolls. Frankly over-priced for both comfort and convienence. On-site restaurant was empty on a Friday night while Old Market restaurants had lengthy waiting times... says something about the Old-Fashiond Chop House, in Omaha! Parking is problematic with a very tight ramp next door and inconvienent access down elevators & into the hotel to go up another elevator to the rooms... Bottom line: average location, high price, inconvienent parking didn't add up to the experience I was hoping for... next time I'll shop around.
