| When we arrived, we received smoking rooms after booking non-smoking. The manager refused to admit he made an error. A call from us to Expedia confirmed we had booked non-smoking. Manager was very rude and refused to give a discount. Room was filthy. I really believe they had made the beds (without changing sheets) and picked up dirty towels and that was it. We were given one clean towel and two washcloths for a family of four and the desk wasn't open before we needed more. Bugs in the corners and gritty stuff in the sheets - disgusting!! We will never stay at this Super 8 again. Although we have never had problems with a Super 8 before, it will probably be a long time before we use them again. Beware, when this motel says free continental breakfast, it's not the wonderful one many Super 8 serve, it's donuts and muffins until they run out.

| We were most impressed by the friendliness and assistance of the motel staff. They went out of their way to assist very elderly guests with limited mobility. They were very accommodating with regards to room selection and assistance with luggage.
