| Person at desk was very indifferent. I had requested a non-smoking and was given a smoking room which I requested a changed and the person was not agreeable at first. Finally changed room and the door key would not work possibly because the battery made have been broken. Finally another room was given us after the person tried a key herself. Room was dirty and there was only one bar of soap which had been left by the last renter. There was no breakfast items left when we went to the office even though there was still time left as posted by their schedule. The beds were regurlar size even though their ad said there would be queeen size beds. We had to ask for additional towels for our grandchildren who were staying with us.
