| this place is a little on the spartan side. it has been a tad bit well used but the staff are extremely hospitable and it is well located for downtown business. everything is within walking distance restaurants, mall and businesses. you would need to bring a hairdryer and there is no coffepot in the room however they serve coffee in the lobby and it is quite good. overall i was pleased with the accomodations and the price.

| For the price the hotel was well worth it. The pool was very clean, breakfast was scimpy, but what do you expect for the price. Easy access to downtown Charleston and surrounding area.

| Hotel is run down - there were about a thousand cigarette burns in the carpet of my room - but it was clean and the price is right. Avoid on the weekends, when locals rent rooms to party.

| Hotel did not appear very well-kept. Staff was unfriendly (for West Virginia standards) and I did not feel like we were in a very safe neighborhood. I felt like this hotel was more of a stop for locals then travelers.
