| This hotel was just your basic stay, it was beautiful on the outside. The rooms are your run of the mill room with a regualar bed, that was not very comfortable. The bathtub was stained, but it did the trick and we slept there and were gone the whole day. So if you just want somewhere to sleep and get a quick included breakfast its perfect.

| A good value with an attached restaurant serving good food. Parts of the hotel are showing its age. If you are traveling around the area by car it is a great home base.

| Located at intersection of two busy streets. Access to the less than acceptable parking was difficult. The room was in disrepair,lamps did not work, the television reception was atrocious. The room smelled musty. Bring your own pillows, the ones supplied were less than adequate. Santa Fe beautiful, too bad this place put a damper on our enjoyment of our first visit there.

| It may be due to the "water conservation" in Santa Fe, but we were refused enough towels for all of us, the bed was not changed after my daughter had a nose bleed, and we completely ran out of toilet paper twice. Every housekeeping task that should have been taken care of automatically was something we hd to go visit the front desk, not just call, even in the middle of the night. Laundy room was completely out of order for four days.

| Wireless internet worked as promised. Large rooms, very comfy. Pool and hot-tub weren't too warm but okay. Not in the fanciest part of town, but very close to Walmart and about a mile from a major mall. I'd stay there again.

| the hotel was ok, nothing impressive. noted that maid service was poor i.e.; tops of furniture not cleaned of trash daily, i don't thing room was vacumed the majority of days we were there. just not impressed.

| The hotel is in good conditions, but the personnel is too young and inexpert. It is a shame, because the place can be much better.
