| The staff members at this establishment were very friendly and helpful; however, no staff members were scheduled at night. My room smelled like mildew, and the noise from adjacent rooms was very easily heard.

| I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and you can't beat the price. I was there on business, so it suited my need well. I had requested a queen suit, but I got a double, not a big deal for me. Also, it was supposed to be non-smoking, but it was smoking, how ever I could hardly notice. I really enjoyed having a kitchen in the room, and a designated work area. The only problems I had was that the sofa was dirty/old looking and there was no latch on the bathroom door. Also, since it is an extended stay hotel, there is a cleaning service on designated days. On the day we were supposed to get our room restocked, it wasn't. We had plenty of supplies and towels though. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, granted I was only there at night, not during the day.

| I was disappointed that they didn't have a pool. But, there is a water park close by so that made it a whole lot better.

| This hotel is a good value for the money. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The pillows were surprisingly comfortable. The T.V. was having reception problems, the bathroom stool was akwardly small (?), and the walls are quite thin (the neighbors talking in the halls could be heard clearly in my room). While not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, I would certainly be willing to stay here again.

| The hotel was a major disappointment. The room was clean and tidy. Many items in the room were in disrepair. The entrance door at night was locked, room key failed to open door. Front desk staff quite inexperienced. Would not recommend this place to others.

| In general, the stay was okay, only okay. Items were missing from the room, supplies were not there, such as the kitchen items, some things were broken, and the desk staff was not exceptionally helpful.

| Bathroom toilet overflooded and front desk offered to give me a plunger, I was given another room and it must have been the storage area because it was full of bugs and spiders I was biten all over my body when I woke up the next day. I would not recommend any hotel who offers you a plunger to clean there mess.

| Stayed at this "hotel" last weekend on a business trip and to visit friends in the Nashville area. Room size was fine, layout was nice. The room had fleas and the guest services, although nice, were inexperienced. Screen in window was busted, doors would not properly close.
