    i am a tough customer and it was of the finest hotel stays i have had in years....even the maids knew my name....the best communication between staff members when there was a small problem and it was taken care of with a smaile and with pleasure...truely what a hotel should be...

    The hotel was recommended to us by a Dubai resident when we asked for a good hotel. The hotel was close to the convention center although we did not go there for this reason. But it is located in the central area and convenient to the big malls. The check in was quick and easy and they did have our record of payment through Expedia for the room. We were given the room type we requested and it was more than we expected. It had all the normal amenities plus some nice extras. The room was clean, big, and had a good view of the area. We did not use the internet connection even though it was available. The spa and two pools in the hotel were great looking and we will spend more time using them the next time. We did not eat dinner in the hotel resturants as we went out with friends to eat. But the food in the Cascades room for breakfast was to our Western tastes and very good. Overall a good stay and a good hotel.
