| The room was clean and comfortable, though it needed some maintenance work, especially the bathroom. The staff are very friendly, very helpful. Great staff, location and price make up for the place's physical shortcomings.

| I have stayed here for the Waterfront Blues Festival 4-5 days every year for the past 4 years. It is a 6-block walk to Waterfront park and the free streetcar stop directly in front to take me anywhere in Portland. I picked up deli food at Whole Foods, kept it in refridgerator & heated it up in the microwave.

| Very unclean, microwave didn't work, refrigerator only worked part of the time, couldn't make local calls, TV remote didn't work, the bed sagged in the middle, shorts in lighting and parking was very tight and hard to maneuver. The only benefit was that it was right next to the streetcar.

| Very friendly, helpful staff. But the place needs a maid and infusion of cash to upgrade bathroom and other features. WiFi was not too reliable.

| A good, basic, cheap place to stay with friendly, helpful, laid back staff. Good location, we walked all over downtown. Only weird thing was having the front desk call us at 10am (check out was 11am) to see if we were staying an extra day....
