The whole experince was great. The only thing I had a problem with was the bed was very hard. We stayed in walking distance of the beach and it was beautiful. I recommend it to be a great place for a getway

I enjoyed my stay at Sandals Montego Bay. I'm going back again as soon as I can. Yes, the airport is nearby, and can get a little noisy, but it's quick and you really kind of get used to it. Waving the planes as they go by is a great way to distract you from the noise.

My fiancee and I just returned from Sandals Montego Bay. From reviews that we previously read, many complain about the nearby airport and planes. The planes are not a big deal and will not interfere with you having a relaxing and comfortable stay and Sandals Montego Bay. The staff is awesome and there is always something to fun and exciting to do.

We went here on our honeymoon in the first week of June. From the moment we got off the plane, the Sandals staff were there to meet our every need. They have a lounge in the airport where you can wait for the shuttle bus. When we got to the resort, they kept our bags for us while our room was getting ready and we had lunch. The staff is extremely friendly and they are always smiling and saying "Yea mon" and "No problem mon." This is probably true throughout Jamaica, but here there is a no-tipping policy as well. The food was really good. This is the first time we have been to an all-inlcusive resort, so we were expecting low quality food and watered-down drinks. Both the food and drinks were great. The beach was not too crowded, and we had no problems finding space to sit and get a tan, or to walk. The only con I can see with this resort is the airplanes, since the resort is very close to the airport. However, I am very picky about sleep, and they did not bother me one bit. They never came at night, which is key. Overall, I loved staying here. We did not leave the resort as there is plenty to do there. We got couples' massages, which were also great. They even massaged your earlobes and scalp! You can't get that in New York unless you pay up the wazoo. We will definitely go back again, as we were 100% satisfied with Sandals.

My husband and I had a great time. The staff was nice and very helpful. The airplanes are a little noisy but just wave when you hear one passing by. Get the best room your money can buy because they will upgrade you.

This was by far the best vacation my wife and I have ever been on. The staff and playmakers were great. Food and drinks were excellent. Airport is close and a little noisy but the trip there and back is very short which means more time on the beach. We are already talking about returning in three years for our 20th anniversary. I'm just not sure we can wait that long. Worst part of trip for us was getting through costoms in Jamaica took about 90 minutes.
