| The hotel was in great shape and the room was very comfortable. The only problem we had was getting the shuttle from JFK; we first had to take a AirTrain (which I knew nothing about and which the hotel desk clerk seemed to know less). The pick-up point is outside and there is no overhead cover...and it was raining as Ernesto was moving into New York so we got fairly wet. To have to wait they should get a covered area or pick you up at the terminal itself. Once we got to the hotel the rest of the stay was great. TV channels were a little limited, but I wasn't there for TV anyway!

| The air conditioner fan was fairly loud and the air coming out of it had a slightly unpleasant odor, but with the A/C off the room smelled fresh. Very new, clean and neat inside. I had a regular king bed room and there was normal amount of space, not cramped at all. Bed, sheets, pillows were extremely comfortable. Adequately quiet for hotel in big city. If you have the A/C off you can hear muted sounds of cars and trucks outside. Staff was friendly and professional. I stayed 5 mights. 4 out of the 5 nights were perfect, one night they forgot to replace a box of tissue and some tea bags. Wired internet connection worked perfectly, wireless was flaky. There was no luggage rack but there was an iron and ironing board. There was a room safe, coffee pot with free tea/coffee, and a blow dryer. Shower water pressure acceptable. Desk was decent, interior lighting was also decently bright. Parking at the hotel was adequate, I never had a problem finding parking even at 9-10pm. Business center downstairs with computers and a printer/fax. There's a restaurant inside the hotel but I didn't try it. There's a 24-hour McDonald's and BK nearby, as well as a gas station. Free breakfast food selection and quality was above average (hot sausage/egg/cheese bagels, make your own waffles, toasted cream cheese or jam bagels, yogurts, pastries, juices, milks, muffins, etc) and never ran out.

| Once I got past the shuttle van with missing seatbelts and the rough neighborhood that the hotel is located in, I was pleased with everything else. The hotel has a very good restaurant INSIDE it - so no need to leave. It was clean, comfortable and the service was great! The rates seemed quite high, but I'm not familiar with local rates and booked last minute.

| If you are looking for a hotel close to JFK and are not fussy about the quality of the hotel, then I would recommend this hotel to you. I was looking for a hotel close to the airport since I had to catch a flight out the next day, it's cheap but the rooms are low quality.
