Individual homes have screened outdoor splash pools. Many of the homes are located in communities that have children's playgrounds, community pools, and tennis courts. Legends at Orange Lake, an l8-hole championship golf course, is 4 miles away. The recreational activities listed below are available either on-site or near the hotel; fees may apply.

Features
What to expect: Guests arrive first at the Premier Vacation Homes headquarters for check-in. Luxury and executive homes are located in residential neighborhoods, many of which include playgrounds, community pools, and tennis courts. Vacation home guests primarily include leisure travelers and families. Amenity highlights: All homes have screened outdoor splash pools, cable TVs, washers and dryers, two full bathrooms, and kitchens with microwaves, ovens, refrigerators, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Insider tip: Premier Vacation Homes are 9 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort. Guests can visit the theme parks, return home for a swim, and head back to the parks for evening fireworks. Guests should get their hands stamped when leaving the park to ensure complimentary reentry.
A $250 security deposit will be collected at check-in.
All homes are non-smoking (smoking is only permitted in the pool screen-enclosed area).
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $35 per day or $150 + tax for the week. - All fees subject to change without notice. Pool heat must be arranged directly with property before or upon arrival.
Guests should contact Premier Vacation Homes directly for specific check-in location prior to arrival, and guests planning to arrive after office hours must request specific lock-box procedures. The lock box contains an envelope with directions and keys to the vacation home. A contact number will be included in the reservation itinerary under "For other information." Check-in may not be available 24 hours daily for all properties.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be recognized.

| It was a great stay. We were traveling with 3 children and the house was a great pick. There was room to move and they were able to swim right at our house. Would recomend these properties to anyone especially is you have children.

| A house vs a hotel is the only way to stay with a large family (6 kids). You have a complete kitchen to keep the expense of meals down, they can eat in the middle of the night or before you start site-seeing during the day. The pool kept them entertained and cool during the hot humid days and nights. The house was modern, spacious and the beds were comfortable and the house was very clean, even the corners. Only way to stay and now the kids want this type of accomadations whenever we go somewhere.

| We rented a 3 bedroom home from Premier Vacation Homes for a recent late August stay and were very pleased. The house had a private, screened in pool and a well equipped kitchen. The home provided very good privacy for my teenage daughter and her friend and they each had their own bedroom. The home was about 15 minutes from Disney World and about 35 minutes from the renting office. No problems with check in or check out. We would stay again.

| Premier vacations offered an excellent 3 bed room with a pool, a bit hit with the kids. Very conveinently located near main attractions. This is the way to stay while travelling.

| We didn't know what to expect because all we saw was pictures of the house. When we arrived at the house my husband went in first and when he came back ti the car he couldn't wait for me to see the inside of the house. It was beutiful and clean. My children loved the pool. We will definitely be satying here again. The only downfall is the directions make you think you are looking for homes but you are actually looking for thier office. But other than that once we found the office everything else for our vacation went smooth.

| This hotel was very spacious and clean. The pool water was a bit dirty but overall the house was beautiful and very private. It was a gated and quiet community. I would be back.

| This was a beautiful home that we stayed in...just like at home only better...When we come to Flordia we will now always get a house..The only complaint was the sheets were scratchey.. we were able to wash all of our clothes so when we got home it was a breeze to unpack...The use of a home would be great for large families..some homes have up to six bedrooms...

| The very best! Quiet,private, clean and roomy! After several stays in nice hotels, this takes the cake!All the comforts of home and some (private in ground pool). Personnel very friendly and helped us find our way around. I will be back!

| A place were memories were made. My son was 3 yrs old and he remembered everything. I took a lot of pictures for future reference. We stayed five nights!! Travelled in March and plan to return next season.
