| Excellent service. Excellent location on the Freedom Trail near Fanieul Hall and Boston Common. Nice modern touch to the hotel. Its a boutique hotel, so the non-suites are going to be small.

| I am not suprised that this hotel losing money due the extraordinary hotels in this saturated market; this hotel in tring to make and make ends meet charge for every little thing, to play a game on the installed nitendo system it was ca. $6 per hour; I left my laptop at home and just wanted to check my email briefly; I had to use my credit card and pay $2 a min to access the internet: the service was quite good and the staff were hospitable, other than the above it was acceptable; just dont eat in the restaurant (terrible food) go to no. 9 around the corner, much better.

| This hotel is perfectly located across from Boston Commons. Easy walk to most major sites. Hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Restaurant and room service had excellent food, but quite expensive. Very comfortable room with nice beds and linens. Would highly recommend!

| We stayed at this hotel during a family vacation to Boston in July 2006. Hotel was within walking distance of many of the historical sites, Boston Commons and Quincy Market. The hotel was very confortable and service was great. The only thing I would suggest is that the staff should have been more familiar with tourist related areas and directions. On two occasions they sent us to the wrong place.

| My friend and I stayed at the NineZero hotel for only one night while in Boston and were very impressed. A relaxing cd was playing in our room upon arrival and made us feel very welcomed. All staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service very late from the front desk and waited about an hour. When we called to check on the status of our order they told us they hadn't received it. They rushed the food to us for no charge and it was delicious! The best room service fare I've ever had! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!
