| Even though the Hotel amenities list "Laundry Service" there are no washers and dryers available for guests. The "Laundry Service" is simply a send out dry cleaning service. We found a walk in laundry a mile or so away at a strip shopping center. Other than that, a fairly good place to stay although A/C unit was extremely loud.

| When checking in we would of loved to of had a clerk with a little bit more personality and more knowledge of the hotel operations. The rooms are pretty clean. The showers are clean but really need to be updated. The cloth/plastic shower curtains tend to be a problem, kling to you and such. We will go back to Fista Inn...I am not sure it fits the title of Resort.

| When we opened the door of the initial room assigned at check in, there was a maintenance person working on the plumbing. We had to haul our luggage back to the car, drive back to front desk and ask for another room. Food in restaurant was not impressive. No continental breakfast.

| Very convenient, friendly, comfortable nice pool. Could use a larger exercise room since so many business people use machines in the morning. Also, need a concierge, as when too many people checking in at desk, and only one person is on, sometimes you have to wait just to ask a question.

| This hotel looks a lot better on the website. When we pulled up in front, we were not sure we were even at the right place. Despite first impressions, the room was comfortable, though all the finishes looked old... and the bathtub didn't drain well. It was okay, but not what we were expecting, and especially not for the price.
