| This is a clean and well run hotel. The room was clean, well designed and comfortable. The entire stay was trouble free and relaxing. There are some problems though. First this hotel is in a noisy location both due to its proximity to an airport and even worse it is boardered by a Lowe's home improvement store. There was only one plane in my three day stay that was loud enough to disturb me, the constant noise from Lowe's was a bit of nuisance (includes beeping of forklifts and sqwak of loudspeakers barking orders late at night). The other area the hotel could improve is that the front desk is understaffed. Check in was considerably longer than necessary because the one front desk attendant had to manage all phone calls (constantly ringing) and the line of check ins. House keeping service gets 5 stars. Despite the problems I've listed I rate this hotel highly, and should be enjoyable for all who are not sensative to noise.

| I accidentally booked this place instead of the location near the convention center. This hotel had a crummy location. Additionally, I was not allowed to check in until 1:30 - which I understand, but they could have offered to hold my bag for a short time, I would've thought. Furthermore, they put me in a smoking room without asking which I'd prefer.
