| Service was significantly below our expectation for a hotel of this class and reputation - and we are almost always very satisfied - and easy to please. The cleaning staff didn't even empty full trashcans each day. The carpet seems to never be vacuumed. The service in much of the Big Sky area (restaurants, stores, bars) seemed just to be untrained.

| This hotel has a great location for skiers and offers a wonderful breakfast buffet. Although the rooms were renovated a few years ago, the old structure of the building with its paper-thin walls will make you very aware of your neighbors. Doors, creaking noises of people walking over your head and water running will wake you up in the morning and keep you awake at night. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
