| Would NEVER recommend this hotel/shack! Pillows, comforters, overall bedding is messy and filthy. My brother almost slept in the car in 10 degree weather! TV did not have a clear picture (no cable!) Only good thing about it is that it is close to Starbucks!

| Tell the management to break down and fix the door hardware at the main entrances. The keys had to be jiggled inorder for the hardware to open. Also a coat of paint or two wouldn't hurt. Overall, just cheap, except for the prce!

| The Thundercloud Resort is very old and run down. The room was clean, but that's about it. All of the lamps were unplugged in the room. I soon found out why. Most outlets either didn't work or were very loose--the plug would slip right out again. It really made me wonder if the place is a fire trap! The location is great, though.
