| Not at all impressed with service or hotel. Reserved 2 rooms and requested non-smoking, and adjoining rooms. While we realized that there was no guarantee that the rooms would be adjoining, one of our parties was indeed placed in a room that adjoined to someone else. Merely had a chair placed in front of the door to block access. Also, one room reeked of smoke despite it's being "non-smoking" status. Won't be back!

| I was very impressed with this hotel during our 2 night stay. All of the staff was very friendly. The hotel was in very good repair and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the free deluxe continental breakfast. As far as they go, they had a very nice spread, including juice, muffins, yogurt, bagels, and other things. It was very nice having a microwave and mini fridge in our room. There was also a microwave and toaster in the lobby wear breakfast is served which was avaliable for use at any time. My only complaint would have been the noise in the middle of the night of people using the ice machine, but that wasn't really the hotel's fault. It was very convenient to downtown Pittsburgh, only taking about 10 minutes to drive to it. Overall, I was quite impressed and would stay again at this hotel anytime!

| We didn't sleep very well at this hotel, due to the loud noise. We could hear people walking on the floor above us and heard loud noises throughout the night.

| Apparently you have to make a special request for the internet access that they are reputed to have. Otherwise, the hotel is brand new and accomodating. Not much of a view from any angle, but it is right off I-79 and reasonably close to Robinson Town Center and the Pointe area of downtown Pittsburgh.

| The hotel was as nice as most other Comfort Inns. The only down side was the entrance was on a street with a median, and you can't turn left into the driveway. You have to go down a block and turn around in a business driveway and come back. So if you are coming from I-79, up Hwy-60, you won't have that problem. But if you are coming from the Airport down Hwy-60, you will have the problem. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying.
