| The hotel had a pleasant friendly atmophere.The people were helpful and polite at all times. It was centrally located to Boulder, Broomfield, and Denver. I would definately stay there again!

| The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was complete and plentiful. There were a lot of families at the hotel during our stay so it was sometimes difficult to find a place to sit in the dining area, plus the noise was distracting.

| The room was great and very clean. The breakfast provided for free was the best we've ever had. The room had a small private safe that we could program and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. We had 2 problems but they would not prevent us from going back. First, we were there 3 nights and on the second day we lost internet service for the rest of the trip. Since the hotel advertises this a a major plus for staying there we were annoyed. Second, we did not use daily maid service but when we did we were gone from 7 am until 4:30 and maid service did not show until 5:00 so we took new towels but declined the cleaning because it was late.

| I really enjoyed my time at Springhill Suites. I was most impressed with the room size and amenities. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I would have liked to have stayed longer, but I'll definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Denver.

| We have stayed at this hotel several times. Our biggest problem has always been with the front desk and communication from one personnel shift to another. The evening person will tell you one thing, like giving permission to extend the next day's check-out time, and not communicate that to the morning staff who proceeds to lock you out of your room. We were locked out three different times during two visits due to miscommunication. This is extremely annoying. They do have a wonderful complimentary breakfast that is very well staffed.
