| As unfortunate as the circumstances were (funeral) that led us to find a hotel in Ohio, we couldn't have been more pleased with the Blackwell. The staff was courteous and professional, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the room had everything we needed (including iron and ironing board). I'm only sorry our stay was too short to fully enjoy the other amentities the hotel had to offer. The only thing I was unaware of when I booked was that you had to valet park your car overnight and there was not public parking available as its on the OSU campus. Other than that, my brother and I were very impressed with the hotel. We both agreed it was by far one of the nicest hotels either of us had been to. It would definitely be my first choice if I need a hotel in Ohio again.

| This hotel was the site of the continuing education course I attended. It was comfortable for the 2 nights that I was there. The furniture was somewhat worn but has been maintained.

| This hotel is on the campus of Ohio State and many of the positions are staffed by students. The students were eager to serve and please. The character of the service made us feel very welcome and the stay was very pleasant. I easily obtained a hot tea at 11 pm at night. The room was extremely clean with no smell from synthetic fabrics and carpets, internet service and desk-work space was good. Good jogging trail along Olentangy River.

| I've never been more impressed with a hotel. The customer service is probably the best I've seen. From the doorman that never forgets to open the door for you, to the pleasant front desk greeting, to the outstanding design of the room - you definitely feel like your home away from home. The room's decor is cozy with comfy beds, a long desk with lots of room, and beautiful bathroom with soft towels. I can't wait to stay there again!

| Beautiful hotel - great place to stay, in non-football season. (it's right across the street from the OSU Football Stadium) Top of the line restaurant, helpful friendly staff, and easy access to the interstates. I'll definitely be back on future trips!
