| the staff are very nice and hospitable, which makes a big difference. but the building itself is quite tired, the room could do with a repaint, and one of the two elevators was out of order. the breakfast is pretty good. location is convenient for public transportation and to visit the nice parks and gardens nearby, and it's quiet in the rooms at night despite the central location.
