We enjoyed our visit to the Grand Cavern Canyons, and the restaurant at the caverns. People were very friendly and informative. I would also suggest reading the book, The Harvey Girls, it gave alot of the history of the railroads, which are still a big part of the Williams area. And a new insight into the settling of the west. We enjoyed the pines, around the motel and the very friendly personel. Mres. Becky B.

Bath tub was great as long as you wanted a pedicure. I thought I was taking a shower though! The box springs was also torn, looked like it went through the Civel War and lost. Bottom sheets pulled out when the covers were pulled out to get in bed....ever here of fitted sheets????

This hotel was clean and comfortable. We traveled with both a 2 and 5 year old and I felt comfortable with them playing in our room. The only complaint is that I couldn't get the bath water to come out without rust, even after running it for awhile. The hotel is next to a Denny's and seems to rely on them to supply food. Denny's did offer a "room key" discount while we were visiting. This hotel is at least a mile from "downtown" Williams, so we did have to drive into town, but seeing the hotels/motels that were in the downtown area, I was happy to make the drive.

Hi,We spent a weekend at this hotel in Williams and were especially surprised to receive a cold welcome from the receptionist. During checkout she refused to acknowledge our presence until someone else who she was talking to asked us if we needed help. I was thankful that we did not have any problems with the room as it left me thinking what level of dis"service" I would receive.I am sure the hotel will be a better place if something is done about the receptionist's attitude.
