| This is the best hotel I have stayed at in Montreal, and I have stayed at plenty! The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. The lobby and gym facility were always stacked with fresh apples, and the bedrooms were offered a bottle of Evian everyday. Small things like that make this hotel fantastic and provided a memorable experience in Montreal.

| Everything about this hotel was excellent, however, the one MAJOR fault, is no pool/sauna/hottub and a pretty poor fitness area for a hotel of this caliber.

| Overall the hotel was great. Not impressive by sight when you first walk in and the front desk just assumed we were here on business. The girl at the desk was only interested in talking to my boyfriend and couldn't get over the fact that we were not there for a conference. Or wait, that he was not there for a conference. The room service came up and only had ONE water for HIM, that they made a point to give him. I kind of thought those days were over. So , that is my only complaint - they were just too into HIM. Other than that the stay was average. The bathroom was fantastic, best one yet.

| Excellent service, great accomodations. The location of this hotel for leisure vacation in Montreal is perfect. It is located on the corner of two of the priciple streets of the city. Even the hotel's restaurant was great. Very nice for summer morning breakfast at the sidewalk cafe. I had an excellent stay with absolutely no bad remarks to make.
