| This is a potentially nice property but appears to be understaffed and therefore the service is poor. For a hotel of this rating the restaurant prices are inflated. Worse of all thre are a set of rooms under the restaurant that should never be sold as they have a dungeon-like effect.

| I stayed there and was pleasantly surprised. I didn't want to spend a lot so, I also didn't expect a lot. But, what I discovered was a staff that was great, a really nice resturant, beautiful views, a nice room, and just below a brand new beach bar. Give it a shot. You'll enjoy it. Plus, you're close to the city center.

| Nice hotel for the price. Grounds are beautiful, perfect for seeing sunsets, cruise ships traveling in/out of port. On-site Dive Boat that services cruise ships. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Downsides are rooms are very clean, beds are great, bathroom clean but needs some new fixtures but everything works. Not centrally located, but not much is in Bassetiere. Pool is very nice, restaurant clean and good food, but a bit pricey (as is most of the Island). Tip: Shiggy Shack at Timothy Beach whole grilled lobster $22 U.S.
