I can't wait to go back there. You get exactly what you pay for and the customer service of all the staff was superb. I was very sad when I realize that they were already sold out for christmas. Yo can not go wrong staying here and it is in a perfect location.

CocoLaPalm Seaside Resort is one of the best hotels in Negril. The staff is very nice and helpful. The environment is peaceful and serene. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. The view of the beach from the bar is breathtaking as you can observe the white sand and lustful blue water. Housekeeping was thorough and the food was good as well. I really enjoyed my stay at CocoLaPalm and I plan to return very soon.

If you've never experienced heaven or paradise then CCLP is the place for you..It's small and quaint and fancy on the manners. You are truly served as royalty but yet they don't expect anything in return but a smile. This was truly an eye opening experience. The staff are most accomodating for your every desire...The gates are open to paradise so choose for the access granted. A home away from home!

The hotel itself as well as the grounds were beautiful and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has 1 beachside restaurant and 2 beachside bar/grills. Both were pretty good. Service is slow, but that's everywhere in Jamaica, anyway relax you're on vacation! Rooms cleaned and restocked daily. Beach towels available from about 7:30am-7:30pm. Jet skiing, snorkeling, parasailing and a sunset cruise offered, reasonable prices. The hotel was very quiet at all hours, this was suprising because our room was very close to the beach, restaurants and children's pool! Jacuzzi is in a very private garden-like setting. I think the Coco LaPalm was a wonderful hotel, best for couples who are independent and are looking to have their own fun and to relax. The hotel does not plan things for you and will not harrass you to do anything; which I liked. Most places were walking distance, including Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville (about 10 minutes). There is 1 club nearby, The Jungle, it looked nice from the outside and we heard another couple who went saying they had a good time but we didn't make it; fyi- Thursday is ladies night and ladies are free. We didn't have to dress up anywhere we went, everything was casual. Make sure to get to Rick's Cafe on the West End, $20-30 taxi ride (roundtrip), dependent upon your negotiation skills. Good quality diamonds in the Sunshine duty-free Plaza, all prices negotiable! We definately are planning to return to the Coco LaPalm in the very near future!

My cousin and I were very pleased with the Coco LaPalm. The food was good, (don't be afraid to ask the very capable chef for special requests), the service was great. Already trying to plan a second trip!

Coco La Palm has great service and friendly, helpful stay. This was our second stay and this time we brought friends, they also thought it was an excellent hotel, beautiful beach and the people our so nice and helpful. We renewed our wedding vows on the beach at their hotel and everything was perfect! We highly recommend this hotel and restraunt/pool bar to all of our friends and family! They get 4 stars in our travel experience and we have been all over the world.

The grounds were very nice but when we arrived to our room there was a hole in the bottom of the door and there was a lizard in the room. Maintenance was called and he hammered a piece of board over the hole leaving small pieces of wood on the floor. I thought the staff would have placed us in another room but they did not. Not a hotel for honeymooners because of the not so great customer service.
