| My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in Barcelona. The facilities/amenities were great. The hotel had nice modern/business type of feel to it. The staff was very friendly, gave us lots of city tips, and all spoke English. The rooms were a great size and the bathrooms were excellent. The only negative is that it is not really in Barcelona but on the outskirts of it. Unless you have your car/rental car, you will be in trouble with expensive cab fees. If you have your own vehicle, I doubt you could find a better hotel for the price in the Barcelona region.

| The Hotel Barbera Parc was a nice hotel situated about 10 miles from downtown Barcleona. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and speak english and, of course, spanish very well. There is a great shopping center right across the street. The shopping center has restaurants and a large Wal-mart type store(Carrefour). There is free parking at the hotel and also a parking garage. The room itself(double) is very large, but no carpet. If you plan on sampling the nightlife and you are driving, I would suggest taking a cab or getting a hotel closer to the city. Overall, I had a nice stay and would return to this hotel.

| I've stayed at this hotel a number of times since I've been traveling to the Barcelona area on business. The staff is personable, the room fairly clean, large and bright. On one stay the room I had was infested with ants, but one stop at the front desk cleaned that up right away and I've not seen any on the other occasions I was there. There are two drawbacks - one is the location (not located close to transportation other than cab), and the other is the many tour buses that I've seen there at the hotel - as a consequence there's been some noise at night from people in the hallways.
