| Located at the base of Durango Mountain Resort surrounded by the majestic San Juan Mountains. In the winter, ski all day and then relax with a therapeutic massage or go into the quaint downtown district of Durango with a great variety of galleries, restaurants and unique shops. In summer, take a ride back in time on the Historic D & SNGRR. With hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and horseback riding right outside the door we offer guests many activities. Activities at the resort include the Alpine Slide, rock climbing, mini golf, chair lift rides, human maze, and tennis.

| Overall I was very pleased with my stay. The condo units were clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. The fireplaces, with on-demand replenishment of wood by housekeeping staff, added a nice touch and the proximity to town, and the mountains, made for an ideal location. I really appreciated the efforts of the staff to make my stay enjoyable. I'll definitely go back.
