My husband and I stayed just one night but oh, what a night! We were treated like royalty throughout. The room was a bit of an "upgrade" with a soaking tub and king bed; it was awesome. The bed was the best I've ever slept in - period! The Peacock Room was terrific too. The waiter/waitress' were terrific and talk about getting your money's worth on a drink. They were STIFF. You have to try the Cranberry Martini (made by Amber) - delicious. Two will have you on the dance floor! The staff there and throughout just treated us wonderfully. Got a tour of the Presidential Suite as well - gotta see it! Totally awesome.

This was my first trip to Spokane. The city was much smaller and the more rundown than I had expected. Then I entered the Davenport Hotel and was suprised by the luxury and service. The rooms are very upscale and the bed was comforable. The service was great and I would recommend the Davenport to any business traveler.

This hotel is a real experience!! The beds are the best part of the stay!! My friend and I have walked in the Bloomsday Walk/Run on Sunday for several years. When we finish the walk we look forward to returning to our room for relaxation. Last year was our first year to stay at this hotel and it will continue to be our place to stay in Spokane.

Magnificent renovation that fully retains the original splendor while attending to modern comfort. Take the walking tour of the ballrooms (brochure available at front desk). Restaurant was very good but not exceptional. Beds very comfortable.

I flew with 6 & 7 year-old grandchildren from Seattle to Spokane for an overnight to see "The Lion King"; & it was an enchanting experience. We checked in (easily!) to the Davenport mid-aft.; checked out all the grand ballrooms & lobby; and then, the 2 kids went swimming in the spacious (& otherwise empty) pool before we got dressed for dinner, which we enjoyed at the, very child-friendly, hotel's Palm Court restaurant. The hotel, then, provided us transportation to & from the performance venue. After the theater, we ordered ice cream sundaes in the room; and room-service breakfast the next morning before returning to the airport & home. Nothing less than ideal!
