| I was scheduled for three nights last week and, unfortunately, left after the first sleepless night. This was due to very loud, thumping music from some room nearby echoing through the thin walls until 1:30 a.m. Awakened often, I arose to find in the sink area a huge cockroach about 1/2 inch long and 3/8 inch wide. The first time I saw it, it scurried back into the sink. An hour later again awakened by the noise, it just sat there on the edge of the sink. To make a long story short, I was able to catch it in the waste basket that I placed on the outside walkway overnight. When I turned in my room key, I told the clerk. All she said was "Wow!"

| Hotel staff was very curtious. Not the most luxurious place to stay but good price for a short over-night stay. Less than a 5 min walk to San Jose State. Free Wi Fi available.

| Good choice for business travels in San Jose. Don't expect any kind of luxury nor extra qulity service, but it is good in general. But a very good relation price-quality.

| I've stayed at another Ramada Hotel near Disneyland and it was the pits. But this Ramada Limited was very accomodating for the price and the best part was that is a 5 minute walk to the heart of downtown San Jose with free parking. The staff was friendly, curteous and helpful. The continental breadfast was totally adequate. I'd stay there again when looking for a budget hotel.

| This hotel had cockroaches. I told the front desk that there was a bug in my room discreetly, they said oh that must be those big cockroaches.

| The noise level in my room was the highest that I have ever had. I feel that the hotel was over priced lacked a proper exercise room one tread mill and one bike is not an exercise room.
