This hotel, located in Nob Hill, is two blocks from a cable car stop. Chinatown is six blocks away and Union Square is eight blocks from the hotel. The many shops and restaurants on Polk Street are just around the corner.

| If you're looking for a four or five star hotel with a French restaurant and atrium lobby this is not your place. On the other hand if you want a quiet area, convenient location (bus service half block cable car four blocks),FREE parking and a very reasonable rate, this is the real deal.

| The room and bathroom were very small, but clean. The microwave did not function well, but the refrigerator worked very well. The parking was always available as advertised and free, but quite a distance from Pier 39. If you only stay overnight and want a lower rate, this room was fine. It would be too small to stay much more than that.

| This hotel is newly renovated, the room was immaculate with all new furnishings. This hotel is a great value in an expensive city, it even includes parking which is priceless in San Francisco. The hotel is in a great area, and is withing walking distance (20 min) or short cab ride to Fishermans' Wharf and other area attractions. I recommened this hotel to anyone that wants to see San Francisco inexpensively, yet comfortably. The free parking is a great feature too. The people at the front desk are extremely helpful as well.

| The welcoming and informative nature of the management was very helpful and most appreciated. The location of the Inn was great. The rooms were always very clean and well serviced. The accomodations were very comfortable for our group. We were given the name of some excellent restaurants that were located within 2 walking blocks of the Inn. We all cannot wait to get back to San Francisco and our plans will include staying at Nob Hill Motor Inn again and again!

| The staff were fantastic in all aspects of their service. From showing quests where to sightsee and where not to go. The rooms were big and quiet. One of the very few places you can stay near downtown and park for free! I would recomend the hotel to anyone who is looking for great price, place, and service.

| The manager was very helpful in letting us know the areas to go into and to stay away from. He also suggested the transit pass (which we had to go to another hotel to purchase but it was well worth it). The staff at the hotel kept things clean and tidy and organized, a closer attention to detail was needed in a very few areas in the bathroom. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

| we had easy access to all parts of the city from the hotel.The parking was a little tight. The place is very clean. I told my friends to check it out as they are planning a trip this coming fall.

| We enjoyed our stay at this Motel. The managers were wonderful and very helpful. I love the fact that this motel is totally non-smoking and it was a wonderful stay. Will definately go back.
