| We arrived late and the hotel already had our check-in information ready. It was extremely easy upon arrival and the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was also more than you usually see at a hotel. The only questionable thing was the directions off of Mapquest, if I had not read another traveler's review of the same problem we would have gotten lost. My advice, as he said it's right off the freeway from the airport so if you're unsure just call the hotel.

| This was a topnotch business hotel at a great price. Cleanliness, comfort, and friendly staff will bring me back again. Unfortunately my directions from Mapquest were erroneous and had me lost forever. Desk staff was helpful and aware of bad Mapquest directions. Van to nearby airport is also a plus.

| My pricipal problem with this hotel is that there was no hot water during the morning of my stay. I understand that problems like this can be unavoidable, but there was no explanation or apology and simply a shrug from the hotel staff when I checked out. Also, the "hot" breakfast leaves much to be desired.
