| Main complaint is that they advertised air conditioning and didn't have it. I went in the middle of July, and it was extremely hot in the room. Great location, right by the hauptbahnhof. Good service.

| The rooms are as advertised, small and efficient and it is in a good location BUT the rooms are not air conditioned and if it is warm or hot you are 50 meters from the main train station, not only can you hear the trains you get to hear the announcements all night long (the 12:25PM to Berlin is late). I would call this a two star hotel not three star.
