| The resort was amazing since the moment we first arrived. Checking in was a snap, it didnt take long at all. Tired of walking all day at the Theme Parks. Well I bet you would sure enjoy a ralaxing jet tub. The only down of this resort was checking out, I had to wait about 30 minutes just for them to attend me I was not happy about that. But hey maybe I just checked out at the wrong time. The best Hotel to spend the night or day in Kissimmee-Orlando. I now have a new favorite Hotel.

| We were excited to be going to stay at another Wyndham Resort as we always do when we travel. This was not up to par as we expected. The "room inspection checklist" had been signed 10 minuted prior to our arrival in our suite, but we found human personal hair around the shower base, and there was what seemed like large dried smudges of a variety of bodily fluids on the bedroom door...it was quite disgusting.

| This is not a hotel, it's a timeshare. As such, the room maintenance was confusing. The guests were problematic and made our visit negative. The condo was large and pleasant. The continental breakfast was only adequate, but unavailable on Saturday (don't know about Sunday). I doubt I would return. Basic foodstuff (a convenience store)on premise would help, but not available.

| We stayed in one of the hotel suites, it was beautiful, roomy, they had daily activities for kids, continental breakfast by the pool every morning. There are two pools at the hotel, miniature golf, tennis, ect...it's too hot in FL most months to run around and play these outdoor sports but it was nice anyway. Very nice hotel to stay at, great location.

| It is satisfactory overall, but the checking in and out process was way too long. Also, there is a lot of construction going on and we were subject to a lot of noise

| I reviewed the listing and liked what I saw. I was not dissapointed. We were at 7 in a 2 room villa. There was plenty of room for everyone and then some. Everyone had a great time and would not hesitate to return.
