| The hotel is old, not refurbished. The bath tub could not take all water from the shower and I had a bath with water to the knees. The reception desk people were rude. the key system didn't work well and my key had to be replaced 3 times until it worked. They have no internet in all rooms and the business center charges 5 dollars for each 15 minutes, which means 20 US$ per hour. The rooms are dirty. The parking lot is small. I will not stay in this hotel anymore

| This hotel is really for people who do not plan on spending a great deal of time within the rooms, as they are small. Also, while the pool is nice (and cold) it is hard to get in and out of. The pool is only accessed by jumping in or climbing a ladder - no staircase at all! The grounds are well kept, and the 24-hour cafe were a big plus. Also, the kiddie area was a nice touch.

| It wasn't a luxury hotel;however comfortable, centrally located with everything you would need for your vacation/business. I especially enjoyed the service and the pool. It's good for the price I paid

| The hotel is in need of a makeover; the rooms look tired, the bathrooms are dirty, ceiling tiles stained, bath tub stained. Internet, connected to only a few rooms does not work properly

| I was really disappointed with the room quality and service of this hotel. The comforter on the bed was torn, the bathroom was dingy and room service did not comply with my request. this hotel is extremely overpriced for it's condition and service. However Housekeeping was really on point.
