The concierge was the least helpful. I asked whether she knew of a particular restaurant, she didn't but did not bother to look it up. For a hotel this size and at this price, we had the scratchiest towels, no shower curtain or divider to prevent water going all over the floor, and the reception on the TV was spotty and limited in the number of channels. Otherwise, our view was magnificent and the beds super comfortable.
