Adjacent to the complex is a seasonal, outdoor, 100-foot oval lazy river pool with tubes and a 15-person spa tub. | We stayed at the Caravelle in the St. Clements building and it was not a good stay. The King bed was near the balcony. And, the kids had to sleep near the door, in the queen bed. The area where the queen bed was, was just an area, big enough for a bed, a tv and stand, and a storage area. I would not recommend this hotel if you are going with a family of 4 or more. The hotel looked a little outdated also.

| This was one of the worst experiences in my traveling life. The hotel was dirty, the pool was cloudy with filth all around and in it. I wouldn't even put my toe in it. The other group with me complained and their complaints were totally ignored. I would rather see this facility torn down before recommending it.

| The hotel room was a great size room, but the elevators were terrible trying to go up and down, we had to take the stairs over 4 times. I don't think I came on vacation to go up and down stairs all day. We also had problems getting towel replacement, now if you go to the beach and get in and out of sand, you need more than 1 set of towels per person. We had to go to the front desk bc room service could not take the time to bring us more towels. Overall I think the hotel was about average.

| I was very pleased with the hotel. We must of got the new renavated room, all new kitchen appl. Then just a few thing I wish that could be fixed or improved are : the parking, the elevaters were not working to well and the stair well was very dirty, the slidinging door in the room did not work right we had to slam it shut and it needed oil on the tracks . And the saving the pool side chair's even though it has signs posted people still layed the towls downs at 8 am and did not sit in them till 11 or so. My room was right at the second level and right above the hot tub I could see and hear it all. I will reguest next year an oceanfront room not ocean view and on floor 4 or higher, we did have a great time don't get me wrong. The activitys for the kids were great also cheap . one more thing when we booked the room on expedia we were to get 2 free breakfast each morning ,we where not giving that when we checked in .I had to go back the two days later and get that pass so missed out on 2 day of this. Thanks for a great stay .

| I stayed at this resort two years ago, at the St. Clements. The experience was very good. It was very clean. This year I stayed in the main bldg, and the stairways were filty, one elevator was broke for two days, and we were on the 12th floor. The elevator that was working, the lights were out. The room was cleaned 2 out of 3 days. It appeared to have a lot of frustrated customers for one reason or another

| The elevators were not working and we had to walk up 3 flights of steps to get to our room; I spoke with others who were higher up and also had to walk. Many people complained and the hotel blamed it on a storm that they had over 1 week ago. Sorry, should have been fixed then! There are signs everywhere that you cannot reserve a lounge chair at the pool, yet everyone did. I finally learned by day 3 that if I didn't save a few chairs by 9 a.m. that I wouldn't get one later. The hotel does not follow through with it's policy of removing articles from the chairs when they are not being used. Housekeeping service is poor. I waited 3 days to get a new bedspread. I tried to tell each housekeeper that came, but none of them understood English. Drains in the shower were clogged and water took forever to drain. Hallways and stairwells were filty dirty.
