| It's the cheapest place I found to stay in Waikiki and was comfortable and clean. There are no frills but it's only a five minute walk to the beach and was more than adequate when I was just looking for a place to crash after a long day of travel before heading to the North Shore the next day.

| We only stayed there for a night to catch an early flight in the morning, but the room is quite clean and the location is very convenient - only two blocks away from Waikiki beach. If you need a shuttle bus to the airport, just tell the front desk and they'll book it for you. If you're not fussy and you want to save money, this is the place.

| Very very low budget hotel, It is being renovated, but lobby literally smelled like a sewer. The room was extremely small, and did not appear to have been a hotel room to begin with .... was an afterthought.

| The front desk people are as excited to see you come to their hotel as the workers at your local departments of motor vehicles. Smile is a rarity. One of the worst hotels in Waikiki (I've stayed in a few).

| Right in front of the duke with parking. When ever I go to Hi I try to stay at this hotel, but then again, I only go to surf. If you are a hotel snob, you won't like it.

| What's not mentioned on the Aqua website is that the lobby hotel is what has been renovated, not the rest of the hotel. I was promised an ocean view, and got a view of another hotel. The saving grace of this hotel was a mini-fridge and microwave.

| The rooms were clean but outdated. If spending most of time out on beach or sight-seeing, then good motel for the money. Walls are thin so can here what everyone else is doing (especially crying babies). Pillows were poor. A/C worked well. Service wasn't the best, make sure to watch every detail of the checkin process!

| Great pricing, great location, friendly staff. Hotel looked ok, the room was kinda small. If you're like me and only use your room to sleep, stay here.

| This is an older hotel that is in the process of being upgraded as of April 2006. It is a great deal if you're just looking for a place to rest your head after a day of seeing all that Oahu has to offer. It is about two blocks from Waikiki Beach, The Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Diamond Head. There are lots of stores, resturants, Mini-Marts in the area, It is on the city bus line with bus stops close by. It is easy to get a taxi and there are car rental agencies near by.

| Old rundown hotel. Quality does not justify the price.
