| We went to Vail for a quick trip to escape the city heat. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite a tremendous amount of construction surrounding our hotel, we were still able to access the town without issue. Our only complaint is the pool was closed when the office closed (5 P.M.), so our children were not able to spend the early evening in the pool as promised. Also, construction begins across the way very early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep past about 7 A.M. Other than that, it is a terrific location, great staff and comfortable units.

| While the location was fairly convenient to the gondola, it did require alot of walking up and down stairs with heavy ski equipment. The room was quite small, and the bed was terrible-- too small and too soft. the "fully-equipped " kitchen had a sink in our unit that was so small that you couldn't put a single full-size plate in. hot tub/pool were nice

| We booked a room on the 2nd floor from expedia. When we arrived, we did not like view from the room. The receptionist was extremely helpful in finding us the perfect room with a gorgeous view. I would recommend rooms in 4th floor or higher.
