| This hotel is great for the price and location. The service reflects the price, but I think it is still a good value. The desk service at night was less than friendly, but not rude. The morning and day reception was much more helpful (seemed that they were the A team.) The mini-bar in the room was not complete upon arrival, not did it get refilled during our stay--even after we used items. Breakfast was great. Location is excellent; 10 minute walk with bags to the train station, 10 minutes to the start of touring, and a fairly nice area. I would stay again as long as the prices were still cheaper than other hotels in the area. It is a great deal for the money.

| the staff was unfriendly and did not help with luggage at all. the desk personnel was very unfriendly. never smiled, chatted or helpful.

| The hotel was in a great location within walking distance to the sites! Staff were very nice and helpful with sugguestions on what to see and do. Room were very clean and comfortable! Breakfast was included and very good!
