| It is an older hotel. The room was kinda small, but very clean. It had a good air conditioner and fridge.

| It's alright, located next door to a good Mexican restaurant but the room smelled faintly of urine and a light bulb was out; no frills. Not even outside where everything is painted gray. It was a gray kind of experience.

| This motel was a little off the beaten path, but not hard to find. If you're looking for clean and a cheap rate, I recommend it. It also helps that there is a nice local Mexican restaurant next door too.

| i didn't specify a non smoking room, so i guess i get what i asked for. the room smelled of previous smokers. however the hotel attendant was helpful with directions and courteous. there is also a mexican restaraunt next door with a cantina if you don't want to drink and drive.

| My wife and I were on church business in Waco, TX and chose to stay with America's Best Inns & Suites. The inn was not new but well maintained and recently remodeled with easy access. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and quite helpful. We can recommend hotel for pleasant, restful accommodation and the adjacent Mexican restaraunt for moderately priced and tasty food.

| The town was full, and we had to accept a smoking room, which was very difficult.
