| Rooms are so SMALL...Elevator is literally 6 ftx6ft! Only advantage was that it is in the heart of Downtown...Walking distance to everything (shops, dining, and bars) I would recommend staying here for short stays, but not for long trips. Don't rent a car!! Hotel does not have a parking lot and public lots are run for expensive rates!! Everything is within walking distance!!!

| Small room, not suitable if you need to work in your room. Very quiet, easy to sleep. Convenient location.

| Though the room I stayed in was rather small, everything was clean and top notch! The people who worked in the lobby were fantastic! They are very helpful and knowledgable about the area. You also get free wireless internet, and can get stuff printed out for a fee.

| I was very happy with the hotel in general. The room was a little small and the bathroom a little cramped, but for a short 2 night stay it was all we needed. The parking situation however, leaves something to be desired, as Best Western does not have their own lot. Be prepared to spend 50 dollars to park for the weekend.

| Great location.. but the room was extremely small.. There was 1 foot in front of the bed, and 2 feet on either side. High window looked onto a wall and a cement courtyard. Aside from the room size, everything else was fine. You don't go to Montreal to hang out in the room..but to experience the city.

| The Best Western Europa Centre is conveniently located on Drummond Street just off of Rue St. Catherine. This is in the heart of downtown's shopping and entertainment district. The room was standard but was clean and comfortable. Good staff.

| My room was tiny, very dark and cold. Front desk clerk was very snotty and not very friendly or helpful either. Breakfast quality of food was terrible...buffet style very cold, and very old food. Hotel services as described in on-line write up were incorrect. At front desk they said spa and hot tub were being repaired. It looked like it hadn't been touched in over a year. Very very dissatisfied with this hotel. Very poor value at that price!!
