| We were "upgraded" to a larger room next door. Everything was very satisfactory, and the motel served as an excellent and convenient base of operations in Banff.

| For the price this hotel will keep you out of the elements. The biggest problem is that there is no air conditioning. Our room was at least 85 degrees. I opened the sliding door, but there is so much noise off Banff Ave that it was impossible to sleep. Besides the heat, the hotel staff was very friendly and the room got the job done. Expect no frills. Otherwise pay the extra money and go elsewhere.
