This hotel is a mile and a half from DFW airport, between downtown Dallas and Fort Worth. Texas Stadium is five miles from the hotel, and Six Flags Over Texas is eight miles away. The hotel offers 24-hour transportation to and from the airport and will also provide transportation within a 5-mile radius of the hotel on a space available basis. On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings the hotel offers a Guest Appreciation party with a complimentary meal. The hotel has 1500 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate any size group up to 75 people.

| Hotel staff gave terrible direction to the hotel, causing an hour delay. |

| The BIGGEST complaint is that the hotel staff gave terrible (wrong) directions to the hotel. This caused several calls back and forth and the guest being delayed an hour after already driving 2-hours from another visited location. The staff's unfamiliarity with directions almost cost them, because the guest was giving the hotel staff one more try to get to the hotel before going to other hotels in the area. EH

| Location was good...and accommodations excellent....clerk was friendly and timely.... didn't realize breakfast was not complimentary.

| overall i was satisfified with my stay, but the resturant was closed for evening dinner, but was opened for breakfast, and for breakfast they had a good selection of food, but i felt it was a little pricey.

| I arrived at this Hotel and was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the Staff. My stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. I can not wait to return for a longer stay.

| My friend and I are from Austin and drove into Dallas b/c we were flying out from DFW to Costa Rica the next morning (early). The hotel was nice, had a bar- but it closed really early- even though there was plenty more business they could have made. The rooms were comfy and there was a breakfast but it cost money- which sucks b/c if I am at a hotel that I'm playing that much money- I want a good free breakfast the next morning- but that is just me. Pro- close to the airport ~1.5miles, good for business travelers. Cons- see above

| The place was very quiet and comfortable. Loved to sit back and relax in the whirlpool. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very big and the bed was super comfortable. The view from the balcony was great. This was a great place to stay because it was quiet, a few minutes from the DFW airport and minutes from a multitude of stores to shop. The staff was amazing and very nice. They attended to our every need.

| Clean hotel, but it seemed like no one worked there...everytime I went to the front, there was no one there. I'll probably try someplace else next time.

| This hotel is extremely close to DFW, yet not in the middle of the airport. It is an excellent location for going both to Dallas and Fort Worth. Comfortable, clean, friendly staff - what more can one ask?
