| I stayed in this hotel during my first stay in Sao Paulo, and I went back and stayed there again one month later. The staff were friendly enough to remember me from my first visit, and seem to exhibit a high level of courteous and professional service to all their clients. Unlike other hotels in Brazil, ie, Rio de Janeiro, there is not a heavy presence of security guards stopping the clients for routine room-key checks. The staff work behind-the-the scenes to make sure that everything from the room, check-in and check-out, the DELICIOUS buffet breakfast, and concierge services are all expeditious and at a high-level or service. My expectations were met and exceeded on both stays. I will go back on my third visit. For the price, I don't think I could find a better hotel.
