| Reception was friendly and helpful. There was a good free shuttle to the Mall of America and to the airport. The pool looked nice and was open late. It was a good hotel to stay while I was waiting for my flight.

| Their breakfast was excellent. This was the 1st trip I took my 3 year old on. The pool was fun for him. He of course made noise and no complaints from the other people, so the walls must be thick. It was nicely located to the Mall of America. I say about a 10 minute drive. I had to find directions to a wedding and they were happy to help.

| Starting to show a little wear, wallpaper starting to peel in the bathroom, marks on the door. Great location, easy access to Mall of America and other great shopping.

| I did not stay at this hotel, actually. I booked the hotel for my cousin who came into town for a social event. She and her family indicated that the accommodations were very nice.

| I stayed there with a friend for a girls shopping weekend and we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves the whole weekend. We were also able to work out in a quiet pleasant work out facility when we came back from shopping at the mall all day. The hotel also is close to a variety of food places around it if you feel like going out. If you are not wanting to leave for dinner you can always order from a variety of choices off their dine in menu. They also have a very convenient mini market filled with many of those forgotten items and snack food such as popcorn.

| When we got there and wanted to check in, the clerk was looking for something under the desk, and just kept going about his business with us standing there. He didn't say hello, or I'll be right with you, or anything. Then, when we went to check out, there was noone at the desk, so we just left our keys there and hoped someone would find them.

| We had arrange hotel shuttle to the MSP airport the day that we arrived. Some how?!?! they didn't seem to be able to get us to the airport in time-which we almost weren't able to get on our plane the shuttle was that late. Bad service in the restaurant as well. Rooms were nice.

| I have never had to wait to be checked in unless there is a line. In this case I waited 10 minutes while the desk clerk finished his soda order with a Vendor. There was no one else checking in. Also the Lounge/restaurant was nothing more than about 20 tables setup in the lobby area. And then we had to pay $6 for the continental breakfast. Aren't Continental breakfasts usually free! The next night at a different hotel I had the same continental breakfast 'with waffles' for free! The shuttle service to the Mall of America only runs 3 times in the evening. So we ended up taking a taxi back for $10 because we didn't want to wait til 9:45.
