| Our room was very comfortable. It just had a drain problem in the sink. It was not to far from the parks, which was nice. Also, if the hotel does not have your park tickets like most vouchers say, you will need to go to guest relations at the park. They will not be at this hotel like your vouchers may say.

| This "resort" is not what I expected a resort to be. It was like a cheap motel. I guess I should have known, since we got a really good deal. The pool closes at 11p.m. and people were still making a lot of noise out there way after and children were running and jumping into the hot tub. The "Pool bar & grill" did not look very appealing and we didn't even order drinks from there because it looked dirty. Housekeeping was great, though and our room was clean. We went to the front desk to ask for some delivery menus from area restaurants and they didn't have any. I'm from Chicago and having an assortment of restaurants open late is what I'm used to.

| Though it had a cheaper rate for the price of the hotel room, our stay was a bad one. Our hotel room had no towels, so when we went down to the desk to get some towels for our room the lady was ignorant and rude. We stayed two nights, and after our room was "cleaned" the first day, the cleaning lady left the trash out on the top of the dresser. The sheets were also very stained. And there was an obnoxious odor to the room.

| Great location. Good clean hotel for the money. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with kids looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Had everything that the expensive hotels have.

| The room we had was very dirty. No attention to detail at all. I had to wipe the whole room down with bleach. I won't go into what was on the walls of the bathroom. The grounds were also really trashy looking. It looked like they might have been trying to do some updating but they really needed to start with a good cleaning up first.
