We stayed for two nights. During the second day, we left in the morning and came back around 4pm, room didn't get cleaned. Around 4:30pm, someone showed up and cleaned the room while we tried to get rest.

Great floor plan - tastefully decorated - gorgeous views from patio. Enjoyed heated pool and spa - maybe it was the time of year we went, but we had it to ourselves. Friendly, efficient staff. Nice and quiet - we went to get away from people and noise and were hugely successful!

I've stayed at the Hyatt in Incline Village on several occasions. This time we found a good deal at the HSL on Expedia, so we jumped on it. Boy, was I happy I did. This place is great. Unlike the main hotel, these are 2BR condo's (one BR had two doubles, the other a king). There is a full kitchen, dining table, living room (with CD/DVD player and stereo), jacuzzi tub in master bath, washer/dryer, and balcony with table and chairs. The HSL is perfect for small families or even 4 adults. There's also an assigned ski locker downtairs for each unit. Guests at the HSL also have guest privileges at the Hyatt hotel, including access to the large heated pool and gym.

The service and maintenance personnel followed through with all of our requests. The personal service made us feel that we were the only guests in the lodge. When we reported that the dishwasher was leaking, the maintenance person was able to replace it the same evening.

My girlfriends and I went to the High Hyatt Sierra Lodge for a girls weekend getaway. We left the kids and husbands at home and had a very relaxing weekend. The room was great and everyone was so nice and accomadating. We ate a fabulous dinner at the Hyatt's Lone Eagle Grill, overlooking Lake Tahoe. The facilities are fabulous; dining, exercise, spa, casino. Everything is there! My girlfriends and I went home feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I would go back in a heartbeat!

This is a timeshare property which was fully appointed with all the amenities. It was very luxurious and the location was ideal, adjacent to the Hyatt Hotel/Casino and directly across the street from the Lake/Beach. Liked the fact that I had all the benefits of staying at the hotel w/o having to walk the kids through the casino.

The condos are very nice and in a beautiful and convenient area. We enjoyed its close association with the Hyatt Resort and use of the well equiped rec. room and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful directing us to local businesses and activities.
