| Airport van arrived at the promptly. Checkin was speedy and the front desk clerk was informative about the hotel and very friendly. The room was perfectly clean and everything was in working order. The hotel is three years old but looks brand new. Checkout took seconds and the pre-scheduled van back to the airport at 5:45am was no problem. If you need a hotel close to Bradley airport, this is the one. Just looking at the properties down the street made my wife and I extremely happy we chose the Hampton Inn. Also, although we did not use it, they have an indoor pool!

| Very convenient - staff is knowledgeable and capable. They were ready to take us to tha airport promptly at 0500.Never had a problem with the Hampton Inn
