| Front desk staff upon departure difficult to communicate with, almost surly. Had to change room three times upon arrival becasue of the smell eminating from the heater.

| Pools looked nice, though we didn't swim. Helpful to have some reasonably nice places to sit, have a drink, have dinner. Tried jogging around the lake but there was no path to speak of. Dinner at the restaurant was mixed. Biggest problem was that the hallway was not "no smoking" and it (though not our room) reeked of stale cigaratte smoke.

| This resort was beautiful, had a nice staff, and had an incredible spa for $5 a day unless included in your hotel package. Loved it!
