| The hotel services are really bad; especially the front desk workers. I almost stuck in the elevator.

| The hotel was nice and had decent ammenities but the tv was small and the bed was very hard. I checked other hotels and it seems all beds are kind of hard so I didn't want to change. Location is alright. The nearest train station is only 2 blocks away.

| Unique style hotel. Classy courtyard setup, and an excellent value. Breakfast was not included. Bed was hard but all Asia seems to be like that. Bathroom was spacious and high quality fixtures. Staff was courteous and helpful, and allowed us to check in four hours early. Best feature is excellent location. Only a five minute walk to the Little India MRT (subway), from which you can reach the whole island. This advantage makes all the difference in a nice vacation. I never needed to take a taxi. Overall, I would gladly recommend Albert Court to anyone looking for a unique, nice, value-oriented hotel with great location.

| I think that given the location and the arcaetecture of the hotel there is such potential. But alas it is wasted by the quality of the staff. A few people were genuinely caring and hardworking, but in general no one seemed to care. I had a message that the front desk said they would send right over, and 1 hour later i was still waiting & called back only for them to promise again, and still no delivery, 20mins later i called and they said they had already deleted the message. This was the worst example. But also they initially gave me an obviously out of order room, leaking roof, empty of amenities, and dusty.

| Stayed here 2 nights. Service and rooms were good. had a courtyard room. nice location but smaller room. The staff was nice and very helpful. Close to shopping and little india where we had some really good food and tailor made shirts and slacks.
