Location is out of the mainstream and quiet; convenient by car to everything in San Francisco without unnecessary hassles. Returning the car and flying out of Oakland during morning rush hour was a snap because of hotel location. -dj in Texas

We recently stayed at the Marina Village Inn from July 10 to July 15, while visiting our daughter who lives in the Bay Area. I can't say enough good things about the motel. It is very clean, the staff are always very courteous and helpful, the pool is immaculate, the room was comfortable and the free breakfast was delicious. The grounds are well maintained and beautifully landscaped. We couldn't hear any highway noise, just a passing train once in a while. It was nice to look out at the marina, when spending time outside. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel and can't wait to go back. The room was clean, staff was friendly and went out of their way to help. This property sits beside the yacht club and you have great views of Oakland and San Francisco on a clear day.

Stayed here for two weeks straight. Room was OK (stayed in better rooms). Room got cramped after the first week. Nice neighborhood with easy access to the tube, shopping plaza with drug store and grocery store. Will try another location next time.

We stayed there for three nights. The room is clean with a 25" TV and a nice view. The only thing that I could complain is the weather, not the hotel. It was too much rain in California!?

This was a charming little hotel right next to the Oakland Yacht Club. It was a small room but super clean and very cute. They had a beautiful continental breakfast that actually put some of the hot breakfasts I've had at larger chains to shame.

This quiet little hotel tucked away by the marina was a nice place to stay for a few days. It was nicer than we expected based on the cost. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean.

The employees were so friendly and helpful. This was our first time in the area and they really helped explain to us how to get places and even made some recommendations on things to do. We were very satisfied with the excellent customer service offered at this hotel and will definitely be staying there again when we return.
